Year 2 spent the day at Barnes Wetland Centre observing wetland birds and creatures in their natural habitat.  They had a great yet chilly day being surrounded by nature and discovering lots of new things.

Here's what the children said about their trip:

"I enjoyed seeing the otters because they were so cute and they played in the water." Alisa 

"I looked at the tufted ducks, a mute swan, a Bewick swan, a black swan and a mallard through binoculars." Hattie
