All staff at Ark Conway have engaged in Action Research this year; a reflective approach to develop individual practise and support school improvement. Last year, we were led by internationally renowned Jean McNiff and we have continued the process this academic year with all staff participating.

This week, we visited York St John University to present at an international Action Research conference and share our projects. Mr McBeath was a keynote speaker and presented his ideas on embracing all the things we don’t know as a wonderful opportunity to learn more. Our reports will be published towards the end of the academic year and will be available for sharing.
